Deep & Light Dialog on Holy Noticing

Deep & Light Dialogs are conversations in community on a recent reflection from the Deep & Light newsletter. Each live Zoom event offers a conversation with a featured contributor, followed by a guided spiritual practice and time for reflection and sharing.  These quarterly gatherings are an invitation to go a little bit deeper and journey a little bit lighter as we cultivate practice and community. 

October's Deep + Light Dialog is a conversation with Dr. Julene Tegerstrand. Julene is a contemplative peace leadership educator, spiritual director, and researcher, and the co-founder of Everyday Peacemaking, where she helps people and communities meet conflict as a place of formation. She writes on spiritual formation and conflict transformation at Human is a Verb (humanisaverb.substack.com).

Julene will guide us in exploring holy noticing, the practice of noticing the elephant in us before we name the elephant in the room, and offer a guided practice of her N.O.T.I.C.E. framework.
