About The EVENT

The environmental issues confronting our world today require immediate attention and effective action. If we understand the Biblical mandate for humanity to care for all creation, we know that the Church is called to be leaders in working for the restoration and healing of our world. This webinar series will help us understand and live into our calling, discovering new ways to participate in this holy work.

This webinar is led by Rev. Caleb Cray Haynes, who is the Director of Nazarenes for Creation Care ( and an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He serves as the Community & Creation Pastor at Kaleo Nashville Church of the Nazarene and is a partner with the Evangelical Environmental Network. Caleb is also the author of Garbage Theology: The Unseen World of Waste and What It Means for the Salvation of Every Person, Every Place, and Every Thing. This book addresses the relationship between Christianity and earth-care.
